1. Scope of Delivery
We coordinate shipments directly from our vetted network of international manufacturing partners to designated commercial project sites, warehouses, or receiving agents across the United States. Standard parcel carriers are typically not utilized due to the commercial grade and scale of our inventory.

End-to-End Management: Our logistics specialists oversee the entire transit chain, including factory release, international ocean or air freight, customs clearance, and domestic freight coordination.

Sequenced Delivery: We work closely with general contractors, interior designers, and project managers to align delivery schedules with your on-site installation timelines, helping prevent premature job-site clutter or storage fees.
3. Lead Times & Estimates

Because many of our contract-grade pieces are custom-manufactured or curated specifically for commercial projects, lead times vary based on scope, volume, and manufacturer production schedules.

Standard production windows typically range from 8 to 16 weeks, followed by international transit and domestic final-mile delivery. Estimated timeframes are provided during project consultation and specification approval.
4. Receiving, Inspection, and Freight Claims

Inspection Responsibility: The receiving party, warehouse, or contractor is responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon arrival for external freight damage or discrepancies in piece counts.

Reporting: Any visible damage to packaging or freight must be noted on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) at the time of delivery and reported to Welford Group LLC within 48 hours to ensure proper claims processing with carriers and manufacturers.
