Because Welford Group LLC operates exclusively as a B2B manufacturer representative and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement specialist for commercial, hospitality, and multi-unit projects, our products are custom-specified, contract-grade, and manufactured to order. Consequently, standard retail return and refund policies do not apply to our transactions.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Nature of Goods
All furniture, outdoor furnishings, architectural lighting, and bespoke interior products sourced through our international manufacturing network are produced specifically for each project’s exact specifications, finishes, and dimensions. As such, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once production has commenced following specification approval.
2. Quality Assurance & Manufacturer Warranties

Many contract-grade items carry specific manufacturer warranties against structural or manufacturing defects. In the event of a documented manufacturer defect, Welford Group LLC will act as your liaison to facilitate warranty claims, repairs, or replacements in accordance with the specific manufacturer’s terms.
3. Freight Damage & Discrepancies

Inspection upon Receipt: It is the responsibility of the receiving warehouse, contractor, or receiving agent to inspect all shipments thoroughly upon delivery.

Claims Process: Any concealed damage, transit defects, or piece-count discrepancies must be formally documented on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and reported to Welford Group LLC in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to note damages at the time of delivery may void freight insurance and manufacturer claims eligibility.
